Terms & Conditions Questions

When you close your account, any remaining balance is returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your account data is retained for dispute resolution and regulatory compliance for 12 months, then securely deleted.

You can update your phone number, email and password anytime in account settings. Your name, date of birth and ID number cannot be changed once verified. Contact support if you need to correct a registration error.

Minimum withdrawal is Rp 50,000; maximum per request is Rp 50,000,000. Daily withdrawal limit is Rp 100,000,000. Limits reset at midnight Jakarta time. VIP accounts may have higher limits—check your account tier.
